Beautiful Cancun Caribbean vacations start from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Enjoy a trip to Cancun on Sun Country Airlines from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Sun Country will begin nonstop service at Austin’s airport starting June 2, 2010. Tickets are on sale now at www.suncountry.com. “Sun Country is excited to expand our offerings in Texas and begin service from Austin to Cancun. With the addition of this new market, customers in Austin and surrounding areas will now enjoy low fares and the award-winning customer service we are known for,” said Stan Gadek, president and CEO of Sun Country Airlines.

Austin-Cancun nonstop service will be offered twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flights will depart Austin at 1:50 p.m. and will arrive in Cancun at 4:10 p.m. From Cancun, flights will depart at 10:30 a.m. and will arrive in Austin at 12:50 p.m. The Austin-Cancun nonstop service will be offered through August 7, 2010.

United Airlines will handle local service for Sun Country. Austin passengers check in for Sun Country’s Cancun nonstop at the United Airlines ticket counter in Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The flight departs from Gate 2.
